Keith Fuglie is a senior economist with the Economic Research Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, where he conducts research on the economics of technological change and science policy for agriculture. During his career Keith has also worked for the U.S. Agency for International Development, the White House Council of Economic Advisors and the International Potato Center. Keith received an M.S. and Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota.
