Stephen Morgan is a research agricultural economist with the International Trade and Development Branch in the Market and Trade Economics Division of the USDA Economic Research Service. His research focuses on a range of applied development and environmental topics including technology adoption, international trade, and agricultural productivity. Stephen received his Ph.D. in Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics from Michigan State University.
