GianCarlo Moschini is Charles F. Curtiss Distinguished Professor in Agriculture and Life Sciences, and Pioneer Endowed Chair in Science and Technology Policy, in the Department of Economics at Iowa State University. His current work focuses on industrial organization issues in the agricultural sector, including the economics innovations, the role of intellectual property, and the scope for public policies. He is a former editor of the American Journal of Agricultural Economics and a Fellow of the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association.
