Michael Roberts is a Professor at the Department of Economics and Sea Grant at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa and Fellow at the University of Hawai’i Economic Research Organization. He was formerly Assistant and Associate Professor at North Carolina State University and an Economist at USDA’s Economic Research Service. He has published research on the impacts of agricultural policies, impacts of climate change, commodity pricing, energy efficiency, renewable energy integration, and experimental economics and served as Co-Editor and Associated Editor for several leading agricultural, environmental, and resource economics journals.
