Dr. Guanming Shi is Renk Agribusiness Chair & Department Chair of Agricultural and Applied Economics at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She works on strategic firm behavior under imperfect competition, technology, and production economics. Her works were published in top field economics journals and high impact interdisciplinary journals. She received a B.S. in Economics at Fudan University, a M.S. in CDAE at the University of Vermont, and a Ph.D. in ARE at the University of California at Berkeley.
