Gregory Graff is professor of economics of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at Colorado State University. Dr Graff writes on intellectual property rights, technology transfer, tech startups, venture capital, and other aspects of the innovation ecosystem in agriculture and has worked recently with the USPTO, WIPO, and OECD. Dr. Graff teaches courses on the global agricultural system, agricultural policy, and entrepreneurship, and co-founded CSU’s new master’s program in Agribusiness and Food Innovation Management.
