Eugene Adjei is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Saskatchewan and a Measuring Urban Sustainability in Transition (MUST) team member who analyzes energy transition among indigenous communities in Northern Canada and the Arctic regions. I assess the integration of renewable energy systems into indigenous communities and analyze their impact on enhancing quality of life as well as safeguarding cultural heritage. Eugene has a Ph.D. in Applied Economics, a master’s degree in natural resources with a minor in Statistics from Auburn University, and an undergraduate degree in natural resource management from KNUST, Ghana. His research combines economic theories and natural resource management principles to address sustainability and sustainable development issues.
