Alexander Carl was born and raised in Carmel, California on Monterey County.  He graduated from Loyola Marymount University and earned his juris doctorate from Loyola Law School.  He is a member of the California State Bar, Western Growers Association, Salinas Chamber of Commerce, Venice Chamber of Commerce and American Immigration Lawyers Association.  He is an owner and partnered attorney of the Bolour/Carl Immigration Group.  He is passionate about representing farm owners, vineyard owners, trucking companies and other non-ag businesses.  With this he is able to help them utilize the H2A visa and H2B visa programs to their advantage so they can bring in seasonal workers during their seasonal need and also permanent workers for more specialized positions.
