Scott Prince has a long track record of successfully launching and growing technology companies that have helped essential agribusiness, trade, energy, transportation, retail, manufacturing, and financial service companies streamline to save time and increase profit.
Scott grew up in a farming community in Indiana and gained an appreciation for the rewards of hard work while frequently visiting his grandparents’ farms in southeast Iowa. An Indiana University Kelley School of Business graduate, Scott gained foundational technology experience in Silicon Valley in the 1990’s working for Oracle Corp. (NYSE: ORCL).
As an entrepreneur, Scott helped take Phone.com (IPO and the world’s first data-enabled cell phone) and UpShot (acquired by Siebel launching Siebel OnDemand acquired by Oracle Corp. and the world’s first Software-as-a-Service salesforce automation platform) to market. Scott and his family moved back to Indiana in the late 2000’s where prior to Croft he launched and led BlueIndy (acquired by Blink Mobility, operating as BlueLA in Los Angeles, and the country’s largest all electric vehicle ridesharing program) and CarrierHQ (the trucking industry’s 1st online safe-driving adjustable-rate insurance program).
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching professional soccer, and riding his road and mountain bikes to train for the annual week-long RAGBRAI bike ride across the state of Iowa.
