After a 10-year career as Sales Manager for Duda Products, Inc., the industrial manufacturing business unit of A. Duda & Sons, Inc., I transitioned in 2004 to lead the administration of the Company's comprehensive food safety management system. Today, as Corporate Vice President of Safety & Operational Effectiveness, I am responsible for coordinating enterprise-wide efforts to identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with the production and manufacturing of food products.

I lead a team of four Food Safety Managers and three Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Managers, overseeing programs, policies, and compliance initiatives across all operations within Duda Farm Fresh Foods, Inc. My responsibilities include ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and best practices governing the production of safe, wholesome food for human consumption. I also direct employee training and development programs focused on food safety, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety.

In addition, I provide strategic leadership for the Company's Environmental Health & Safety programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements. I am responsible for advancing Duda's sustainability strategy by prioritizing initiatives that support environmental stewardship, employee well-being, operational excellence, and responsible resource management. Through these efforts, I help the organization meet its commitments to customers, stakeholders, employees, and the communities in which we operate.
