Brandon Estevez is a first-year student at North Carolina State University from Raleigh, North Carolina. He is majoring in Agricultural Business Management in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, with a GIS minor.

A Broughton High School graduate, he is affiliated with NC State’s Center for Geospatial Analytics and contributes mapping support to Engineers Without Borders community projects.

Brandon previously served as Director of the National 4-H Geospatial Leadership Team and worked extensively in education with Extension agents and 4-H youth development professionals while in high school. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Brandon plans to earn a Ph.D. in geospatial analytics and pursue a federal career with USDA ERS, USGS, or NGA, using spatial data to strengthen agriculture and education.
