Jerome Lyman retired in 2015 from McDonald's Corporation, where he served as Supply Chain Officer for the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa, based in Singapore. He also served as Corporate Vice President, Worldwide Quality Systems and Food Safety; had global assignments with McDonald's in Venezuela, Spain, Argentina and Chile. Jerome served as Chief Operations officer for the company's Latin America division. A graduate of the State University of New York, Lyman has done graduate studies at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid and the Universidad Central in Caracas.
