Larna Fidler is the Co-Owner of Amp'd Up Ag, an agronomy consulting business she and her husband founded in 2020 with a mission to build a sustainable path back home to the 4,000-ac family row crop and cattle farm in Middletown, MO. What began as a way to diversify their family's income quickly grew as they listened to farmers' needs and built services around real-world challenges in the field.
Today, Amp'd Up Ag serves growers across 21 states, helping them transition from dry to liquid fertility programs, identify profit-limiting factors, and reduce fertilizer use without sacrificing yield. The business has expanded to include six farmer-dealers, a custom spraying operation covering more than 25,000 acres annually, a Beck's Seed dealership, a chemical dealership, custom seed treating, soil testing, scouting, and tissue testing.
Larna's greatest joy is being a mother. She often works from home — or from the tractor — alongside her young son and husband, and enjoys gardening, cooking, cheesemaking, and herbal remedies.
