Chrissie Edgeworth joined Farm Foundation in July 2025 as a Program Manager, bringing more than a decade of experience leading hands-on agricultural programs and food systems initiatives across nonprofit, academic, and international settings. Most recently, she managed a regenerative farm in Massachusetts that donates all of its produce to hunger relief organizations. Her background spans organic vegetable farming in Illinois, agroforestry work as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guinea, and environmental education in Yellowstone National Park. She has also served in two AmeriCorps programs, advancing conservation efforts and community resilience. Chrissie holds a B.A. in Geography from Syracuse University with minors in Environment & Society and Writing & Rhetoric. She brings a collaborative, place-based approach to strengthening food systems and supporting land stewards, farmers, and communities.
