Michael “Bo” Stone, from Rowland, North Carolina, owns and operates P & S Farms, Inc. and Bo Stone Farms, LLC. The row crop units produce corn, wheat, and soybeans and the operations include a swine finishing unit under contract with Smithfield, a cow/calf herd, timber management, and small produce for a roadside stand. Stone is a director of AgFirst Farm Credit Bank and AgCarolina Farm Credit. He also serves on the Farm Credit Council Services Board of Directors. Stone has a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business Management with a minor in Animal Science and a master’s degree in Agriculture from North Carolina State University.
