Mike Seyfert became the 7th president and CEO in National Grain and Feed Association's history in 2021. Seyfert came to NGFA from the FMC Corp. where he previously worked in the chemical manufacturer’s Washington office. Before his time at FMC, Seyfert spent more than 15 years working on Capitol Hill for former Sen. Pat Roberts in the Kansas Republican’s personal and Senate Ag Committee offices. Seyfert is a native of Kansas and a graduate of Kansas State University and George Washington University. He and his wife Christy, who is executive director of government affairs for the American Soybean Association, live in Alexandria, VA., with their two daughters.
