As our population and planet change, where we farm is beginning to shift. Will the “bread baskets” of the world move in the next century? Will seafood shift entirely to indoor production? Can we grow with less or no soil or sun? What could agriculture look like outside of planet Earth? In this session we’ll look at the innovations happening today and plans for a future beyond our wildest imagination.
