Morgan Craven is the Director of Programs and Events at Farm Foundation, where she leads initiatives that convene leaders across the food and agriculture value chain to advance dialogue, collaboration, and innovation. Since joining Farm Foundation in 2015, she has overseen a wide range of programs and forums on topics including sustainability, supply chain innovation, and U.S. presidential candidate platforms for agriculture during election years.

Morgan has played a key role in the Supply Chain of the Future Initiative, which has expanded globally in partnership with the International Fresh Produce Association, and has worked with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service and other partners on issues such as single-use plastics regulation, deforestation, and antimicrobial resistance.

Before joining Farm Foundation, Morgan served as Conference and Events Manager at Trinity Christian College and worked in premium hospitality for the Chicago Bears. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation, Sports Leadership, and Tourism Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
