Analena Bruce is the Director of the UNH Food Systems Lab and Assistant Professor of food systems in the Department of Agriculture, Nutrition, and Food Systems at the University of New Hampshire. Trained as a sociologist, her research program is focused on sustainable livelihood strategies for the operators of small and mid-sized farms. Her current research seeks to advance values-based food supply chains designed to increase equity, transparency, and resilience in the food system.
