John Beeler serves as the Northeast Regional Coordinator for the Rural Business-Cooperative Service (RBCS) within the Rural Development (RD) Mission Area of USDA. In this role he assists RD state energy coordinators with administering the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) in their states. John also assists RBCS national office staff with administering the Biorefinery, Renewable Chemical, and Biobased Product Manufacturing Assistance Program (9003 Program). He has been with the Agency since 2014 and is excited to find ways that RBCS programs can help finance your bioplastics project.
