Ryan Shay is the Director, Government & Public Affairs, Americas at the LEGO Group. Based in Washington, D.C., Ryan leads the LEGO Group’s engagement on environmental responsibility and sustainability initiatives in the Americas, including developing sustainable materials and limiting CO2 impacts. Previously, Ryan worked in private practice as a multiclient lobbyist at a bipartisan firm in Washington D.C. following nearly a decade of senior public policy experience in both the United States Senate and United States House of Representatives.
