Andrew Clark is the Chief for the Air Quality, Chemicals, and Waste Division in the Office of Environmental Quality at the U.S. Department of State. He leads the U.S. engagement on multilateral environmental agreements including the Montreal Protocol, Minamata Convention on Mercury, the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, the Rotterdam Convention on Prior Informed Consent, Convention on Long Range Transboundary Air Pollution, and the Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management. He also manages U.S. foreign assistance funding on air quality, mercury, waste management, and other areas under the Division's purview.
