Farm Foundation is pleased to invite you to attend an in-person livestream of our May Forum, Opportunities for U.S. Agriculture in the Bio-Based Materials and Energy Economy.
Join us in person at the farm as we hear from industry experts via Zoom.
Plant-derived innovation is rapidly expanding beyond traditional agricultural markets, powering a new generation of industrial materials, bio-based fuels, and advanced manufacturing inputs. As technologies evolve and sustainability pressures intensify, these emerging pathways are reshaping how agricultural outputs are produced, processed, and utilized across the bioeconomy. This Farm Foundation Forum will explore the scientific and technological breakthroughs driving this shift, the policy and market conditions required to scale adoption, and the infrastructure and investment needed to support growth. The session will highlight how plant-based industrial applications can strengthen American agriculture, diversify revenue streams, and unlock new value across energy, materials, and manufacturing systems.
Registration is required.
Are you unable to join us in-person at the IEC but would like to listen in on the webinar? Register here via zoom to receive the link to view the webinar.
A post-event recording will also be available.

Interested in Learning More about Farm Foundation Forums or the Innovation and Education Campus before the event?
Farm Foundation® Forums are designed to engage a full range of stakeholders in informed dialogue on timely food, agricultural and rural policy issues. In these public Forums, participants examine and discuss current policies, explore and analyze alternative policy proposals, and give voice to new proposals. Speakers give brief topic summaries, but the majority of Forum time is devoted to spirited and thoughtful discussion. All Farm Foundation Forums are held virtually via Zoom webinar. This particular Forum is open to in-person attendance at the farm.
Farm Foundation Forums are made possible in part through a grant from Farm Credit. We appreciate their support!
