A hotel room will be reserved for you at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel based on the input you provide when completing the registration form. You will be required to provide a credit card when checking in for incidentals. 

Non-Government attendees: USDA Carbon Sinks Meeting sponsors will pay for 2 nights housing accommodations (Wednesday, September 21st & Thursday, September 22nd).

Government attendees: Upon completion of your registration, you will be required to pay a registration fee. This fee will include 2 nights of housing accommodations (Wednesday, September 21st & Thursday, September 22nd). 

*For all attendees, if you require additional hotel nights, it will be subject to hotel availability and will in no case be covered by the meeting sponsors.

Also, please note that if you require an early check in or late check out, you should indicate that when completing the registration form. *Early check-in/late check-out requests may or may not be honored. This will be based on availability with the hotel. 

AIR TRAVEL

Air travel will be arranged for Non-Government attendees through our air travel partner, Travelex. Your registration includes round trip coach class airfare. Please click on the link below. Once you submit your preferences, a Travelex agent, will contact you via email within 24-48 hours. The email will come from Travelex with a subject line reading "Carbon Sinks - Proposed flight itinerary, please confirm if OK to proceed.

For government attendees, please book your air travel on your own and email a copy of your itinerary to Kellianne McDonough at kellianne@hummingbirdmeetings.com.

Arrival flights:  Please plan your flight to arrive on Wednesday, September 21st at any time that is convenient with your schedule.

Departure flights: Please plan your flight to depart on Friday, September 23rd. The meeting will conclude at 4:05 PM EST. If you wish to stay for the entire duration of the meeting, departure flights should be booked for 6:00 PM EST or later.

Attendees can make their way from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport (ATL) at their leisure using their preferred mode of transportation.
