Covid-19 Protocols
Throughout the Round Table meeting, Farm Foundation will be following current state and local guidelines regarding COVID-19.
Masks are strongly recommended but not required on the tour buses with exception of one bus. There will be one bus where masks will be required and there will be a limit of 26 people plus two staff members on the bus. If you have signed up for the tour and would prefer to ride on this bus, you can sign up here.
It is also strongly recommended that masks be worn during the meeting sessions. Farm Foundation will provide an outdoor space available for those who would prefer to take their meals outside during the meeting. Part of the General Session room will be set differently than past meetings to allow for more social distancing between attendees. There will also be wrist bands at check in allowing attendees to visually indicate their comfort level and social distancing preference during the event (shown below).
Hand sanitizer stations will be setup at the entrance of the meeting room and meal room. Extra masks will be available at the registration desk throughout the week.
By attending Farm Foundation’s program activities, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19. You also acknowledge that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and/or others, including, but not limited to, Farm Foundation employees, contractors, volunteers, and participants. You agree to assume all the foregoing risks, waive liability against Farm Foundation and any other listed parties, and accept sole responsibility for any illness, injury, disability, or death, including all claims that may arise resulting from any of these. You also agree to comply with all applicable Farm Foundation restrictions.
