Since 2013, Farm Foundation’s Cultivators Program has connected outstanding undergraduate and graduate students with leaders working across agriculture. As Farm Foundation’s first Next Generation Program, it gives students the opportunity to share their research, build professional relationships, and contribute to discussions about the industry’s biggest opportunities and challenges.

Selected twice each year, Cultivators participate in Farm Foundation’s Round Table alongside business leaders, policymakers, researchers, producers, and innovators. The program helps students connect their academic work to real-world agricultural issues while developing their leadership and communication skills.
